How far in advance do I need to book?

Minimum lead times vary by destination: Indian leisure packages require 30 days advance booking; Kenya safaris require 60 days; Indian wildlife packages require 120 days; all other international destinations require 60 days.

Can I book for a group?

Yes. Use the Travellers selector on the booking page to add adults, children (5–9 years), and infants. For large groups (10+), we recommend contacting us directly for a custom quote.

Are the dates I select confirmed immediately?

Selected dates are tentative until you receive a written confirmation email from us. Availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

What are blackout/festival dates?

Certain dates around major holidays (Christmas Dec 22–Jan 2, Easter ±2 days, Diwali for Indian packages) are blocked and cannot be booked. These appear in red on the calendar.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. All transactions are processed securely in USD.

Prices shown are per person. Adults pay full price, children aged 5–9 pay a reduced rate, and infants under 5 travel complimentary. The total is calculated automatically on the booking page.

Are the listed hotels guaranteed?

Hotels listed in itineraries are indicative and subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Where a listed property is unavailable, we substitute a hotel of equivalent category and standard at no extra cost.

Room type and view preferences can be noted during booking, but are subject to availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed.

What does "or similar" mean next to a hotel name?

It means the listed property is an example of the standard you can expect. The actual hotel may differ but will be of equivalent category, facilities, and quality.
