All legal matters are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of Delaware. Your consumer protection rights under applicable US federal and state laws are not affected.

Booking Terms
- ◆All hotel, flight, and activity bookings are subject to availability at the time of written confirmation.
- ◆Where a listed property or service is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative of equivalent category and standard at no extra cost.
- ◆No refund will be issued for unused services unless covered under the specific provider's policy.
- ◆Hotel check-in and check-out times are subject to individual property policy. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges payable directly to the hotel.
- ◆Personal expenses including minibar, telephone calls, room service, laundry, tips, and incidentals are not included in any package price.
- ◆Itineraries may be modified due to Force Majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, severe weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- ◆Any additional costs arising from flight cancellations or delays are the sole responsibility of the traveller.
- ◆Gala dinners or mandatory supplements on blackout dates (December 24, December 31, February 14) may be required by certain properties and must be paid directly by the guest.
- ◆Specific cancellation policies applicable to each trip are provided with the booking confirmation and itinerary.
- ◆Air-conditioned rooms are provided as standard unless otherwise specified in the itinerary.
Our Scope of Services
Travel Unbounded USA acts as a travel organiser and does not own, operate, or control any hotel, airline, cruise line, ground transport operator, or other third-party service provider. We arrange travel services on your behalf through our network of trusted partners.
- ◆Guests must comply with the individual rules, policies, and requirements of each service provider, including baggage allowances, meal policies, and check-in procedures.
- ◆If you cause damage to any property belonging to a service provider, you are solely liable for the cost of that damage. If we are charged for such damage, we reserve the right to recover the full amount from you.
- ◆We are not responsible for any delay, injury, loss, or damage caused by the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
- ◆We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by Force Majeure events as defined above.
Payment Policy
- ◆A deposit or advance payment is required at the time of booking as specified in your booking confirmation.
- ◆Full payment is required no later than 45 days before the scheduled departure date.
- ◆We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and ACH bank transfers. All payments are processed securely in USD via Stripe.
- ◆Payment gateway processing fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
- ◆Late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking. We reserve the right to release reserved services if payment is not received by the due date.
- ◆Package prices are confirmed at the time of booking. If full payment is delayed beyond the agreed date, any increase in costs (e.g., hotel rate changes, currency fluctuations) will be passed on to the customer.
Cancellation Policy
The initial token/deposit amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable in all cases. The following cancellation fees apply to all bookings unless a specific policy is provided with your itinerary:

Booking Amendments
To request a change to an existing booking, please write to us at contact@travelunbounded.us with your booking reference and the details of the requested change.
- ◆Amendment requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- ◆Amendments may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and a new booking, in which case the standard cancellation policy applies to the original booking.
- ◆Any price difference resulting from an amendment (e.g., date change, room upgrade) is payable by the customer.
- ◆Name changes and minor corrections may be accommodated without charge where possible.
Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, Travel Unbounded USA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
